If you're eating most of your food out, it's probably pretty crappy. People can make a massive difference just by cooking at home from scratch. Making things themselves will make a massive difference to people's health. It doesn't matter what the composition is, I think if you're making it from scratch, you're avoiding a lot of a lot of the issues. You're getting more nutrients in your food. I don't think there's good or bad. If we're doing 80 percent of our food at home and we're eating well and we're feeling good, I don't think there's a food that's going to be completely detrimental just to have once.
